The current regulation establishes the mandatory use of tarpaulins for carriers of solid bulk materials (cereals, sand, ore, fertilizers, among others). Prohibits the traffic of vehicles with open bodies without tarpaulins or similar devices to protect the cargo.

? The objective is to prevent spillage of cargo on the roads and, consequently, prevent accidents and damage to other vehicles and pedestrians. And for the producer it is profit, since the canvas avoids the loss of grains during transport.
